As it's beginning to get chilly out there I'm starting to think about Christmas. Sometimes it's the only thing that gets me through these dreary days! I bought my first Poinsettia :) Isn't it cute?!?! I LOVE IT. I think I'll put up a few other decorations once I finish blogging, I know some people think it's early still, but not me! Christmas is da bomb.
I've heard some people argue that the holidays are an excuse for people to be friendly with one another, and that why is it that the holiday cheer doesn't last all year round? I feel like if Christmas brings some peace to people, even if it's for a few days (forced or not) what's the big deal? I think maybe I'm just not jaded about Christmas yet I suppose. Don't think I ever will be. Sure it would be nice if holidays throughout the year gave us the urge to donate and give back to others, but for now Christmas inspires that in Millions. Be thankful for that my cynical friends, and enjoy a cup of cheer!
